Where is Fatboy Slim @ Belfast taking place?
Fatboy Slim + guests takes place at Giant’s Park, Belfast on Saturday May 8. Giant’s Park is situated on the North Foreshore of Belfast Lough (Dargan Road, off M2 Fortwilliam Sliproad).
TRAVEL/PARKING
How can I get to the concert?
There will be a shuttle bus service in operation. Belfast Bus Company is operating the service which will have pick up points from all over Belfast. For full information on pick up points please go to www.plmpromotions.com. All taxi companies have been informed of the concert and will cost very little from the city centre as the concert site is in the greater Belfast area.
I am driving to the concert site - where do I park?
There will be an adequate number of on street parking areas. These have already designated and passed for use by the PSNI and Roads Service. You will be able to park in any of these areas. Please ensure that if driving you do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
I am travelling by bus/taxi to the concert site - where does it drop me off?
There is a taxi set down area on the left side of Duncrue Road beside the event site so that patrons can approach the site entry without crossing the path of any traffic. There will be no traffic whatsoever permitted outside the event site during arrival, this area will be for pedestrians attending the concert only.
How do I get home?
There will be a taxi rank as well as a shuttle bus service immediately outside the concert site. The shuttle bus service will operate until the last person has left the area.
Where do I get my bus when I’m leaving the concert site?
All buses and transport will have designated pick up points on the road immediately outside the concert site. You have no distance to walk as long as your coach company follow the advice and directions provided. Please ensure that your driver or form of transport follows the one way system and adheres to the directions of the stewards/PSNI who will direct them to park immediately on the road outside the site.
I am getting collected by a friend / family member after the concert, where do I arrange to meet them?
Ask them to wait on the Duncrue Road where you were dropped off and then walk to this area. Always keep in touch with your driver by mobile phone to establish a landmark for reference close to where they are parked. The mobile phone signal in the area is good.
I don’t know how to get to the concert site from where I live

Can I camp?
No, there are no facilities for campers.
FOOD AND DRINK
What can I eat at Fatboy Slim @ Belfast?
There will be a good selection of food and drink available in the main event site.
Will I be able to drink at the concert?
Yes but please drink responsibly, you want to remember everything from the concert so pace yourself and have a great day. Alcohol can be purchased from our licensed bars within the event site (ID will be checked) - it is not permitted to bring alcohol into the site from outside. When drinking at the concert please don’t drink and drive. There will be a large police presence at the concert so if you wish to drink please take public transport or a shuttle bus. The area outside the concert is a designated ‘No on street drinking’ zone therefore you could be street fined if caught with alcohol in the main street.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE!
To purchase alcohol at the bar you must first purchase drink tokens at the DRINKS TOKEN CABIN. This cabin is placed close to the bar. We use this system as it reduces waiting and queuing time at the bar and therefore allow more time to enjoy the show

What age do I have to be to attend Fatboy Slim @ Belfast?
Fatboy Slim @ Belfast is strictly 18s and over only - ID required and will be checked rigorously before entry. Persons who purchase and ignore conditions will be refused entry with NO refund.
How do I prove my age at Fatboy Slim @ Belfast?
When entering the concert you will need to prove your age so please bring a passport, photo driving licence, school or college ID with a colour photo. School or college ID must be official on a credit card format, not on a laminated piece of card. Photocopies of passports and driving licences will also be acceptable.

What facilities are there on site for special needs/vulnerable people?
A disabled platform for viewing and disabled toilets will be available on main event site.

When will set times be announced?
Set times will be announced on www.plmpromotions.com prior to the event.
OTHER
What clothes should we wear to the concert?
Remember this is an outdoor concert so please bring appropriate clothing and wear appropriate footwear - we do not advise wearing heels on the festival site. Please also ensure that you have all medicines that you need. Please also be warned that even if it is a hot sunny day, temperatures may drop dramatically at night time so bring appropriate warm clothing or coats for night time.
PSNI Advice
* We hope everybody will have a great event and enjoy themselves.
* Alcohol may not be brought into the venue. It will be available for purchase at the event, although ID will be checked and no alcohol will be sold to anybody under 18.
* Concert-goers should note that this will be a drugs-free event. Police and Event Security Staff are committed to working together closely to make sure that no illegal drugs will be brought into the venue. Consent to being searched by event security staff will be a precondition of entry. Anybody found carrying an illegal substance will be dealt with by the police and may be expelled from the concert immediately and will forfeit their ticket.
* If caught with drugs, you may well end up with a criminal record; this in turn could have a serious effect on your future by wrecking your job prospects or chances to get a visa to travel to the US or elsewhere. So be smart - don’t bring drugs.
* Make sure you have your journey home well planned. Use the buses supplied by the organisers or book a taxi. Keep safe and stay with your friends and don’t attempt to walk back to the City Centre by yourself.
